WAIST TRAINER SIZING 

(Select it based on waist measurements NOT clothing size, It is recommended that if your hips are wider than your waist, that you go up a size.)

 ***its always safer to go a SIZE UP because trainer gives an aggressive fit and is NOT true regular clothing size ,you can always go down when you lose those inches.

You may find it tempting to order a smaller size to make your waist as tiny as possible. But waist trainers are already designed to make your waist as small as it will get based on your current waist size (plus, waist trainers tend to run small!).

 

For sizing please use our size chart and only reference your waist size, NOT your clothing size. If you are in between sizes on the size chart recommendation is to order a size up.

Order according to Waist Size Chart:

 

• Relax your abdomen for measurement, do not inhale
• breathe normally 3-4cm above the belly button measure the thinnest part of the waist
• If your waist size matches 2 sizes, it is recommended to choose the smaller size

 

If it is your first time to wear faja, youcan take a few minutes to refer to thesize chart in the picture

If you are in between two faja, youshould choose the small size as thegarment has a higher degree of compression.
